[Coco] Pascal used on DynaStar

Normal OS-9 Pascal did p-code (in fact the compiler is written in p-code),
but I believe it was not the same p-code used in ucsd Pascal. Leaving
applications in p-code permitted some (slow) execution for programs too
large for memory.
