All the example commands I've seen you type in emails are correct.

I've even done some light testing on my end to be sure it works.

If you are not already, please compile the tools locally on your Linux
system. You may be using old, buggy versions.

Also the Tooshed project includes a FUSE plug-in you can use to mount
disk images, but I have no experience using it.
