[Coco] Resource for Creating a ROM Cartridge

I'm interested in researching and maybe ultimately creating a ROM Cartridge
for the CoCo 1. Does anyone have links to resources that might explain how
it works? I'm a developer, but I have zero experience creating any kind of
ROM Cartridge and only a time sound of electronics knowledge.
