[Coco] OS-9 compression programs. What's available?

I should know this but can't remember :)

I need a very good OS-9 compression program that can handle two data files that are 559,323 and 
5,958,126 bytes, making them fit on a floppy image. If not that, how can I transfer them to a PC 
file where there are several good compression programs.
I have tried the OS-9 program AR, but that made the files larger. :(

The files exist on .vhd images on my PC and on similar devices like the CoCoSDC on my real Coco3. 
Wimgtool which will transfer files from floppy images to a PC, unfortunately does not work with .vhd 
images.
