[Coco] MAXDUINO ULTIMATE

What would really be a useful project would be a module
that plugs directly into the Bit-Banger and Cassette ports
on a coco 1->3 perhaps containing a raspberry pi zero.

There could be a folder in the pi's OS that would act as
a set of cassette tapes. On startup typing cloadm automatically loads a 
menu program. The choices on the
menu program being
              1. load drive wire or
              2. set mode or
              3. pick a virtual tape.

If you choose load drivewire your load up drivewire dos
through the cassette port.

If you pick set mode you are asked whether you want the
PiZero in Host or Proxie mode.

    Host mode must be drivewire server runing on PiZero
    Proxie mode the drivewire codes put in an ssh wraper
    and will be forwarded to the first computer that logs
    in that computer will run the actual Drive Wire server.

Finally if you pick option 3 you are asked for a number
from 0 to 255 this is the virtual tape you have chosen.

In the pi choosing 4 for example means that the cass files
in /home/pi/cass/4 are available through cload or cloadm.

If /home/pi/cass/4 not existing it is created.

Ideally csave and csavem would save new files to the
directory but at least they could be transfered by wifi
from a pc.
