Did you also make sure to add the dwio module for your interface you are
using?
dwio.sb is for the bitbanger
dwio_rs232pak.sb is for the Deluxe RS-232 Program Pak.
If you are just planning on using the bitbanger cable then you need to make
sure to have dwio.sb loaded in as well.
