[Coco] Email on a coco3

 I have used the bit banger at 300 and its pretty slow.  I usually do 19,200 with the rs232 pak

The coco is a good platform.  the fastest i can get my Coleco Adam up to is 2400, after that the buffer cant keep up and i drop characters

Very cool.

I use a GuruModem with my Coco3. I may connect it to the 16550 serial on
the Mega Mini to see how it performs over just using the bit-banger serial.
