[Coco] Setting up a telnet server for the coco wifi

The GuruModem provides direct Wifi access over the serial port. Telnet,
FTP, Xmodem and Zmodem are also supported. There is an onboard
SDCARD interface with a linux/dos like shell. No linux machine required.
