Most of those are NOT part of the boot file, and thus would not affect your OS9Boot file size at all (joydrv being the exception). The others are just part of your CMDS directory - and RiBBS will run fine if your CMDS directory has extra commands the RiBBS itself doesn’t use.  Especially if you are running a large hard drive image.
