[Coco] Coco3 Os9 Level 2 with clock patch

If any of the NitrOS9 repository builds have CoGrf instead of CoWin (removes all high level menu handling for things like MultiVue/GShell), that should save about 5K. Also, you shouldn’t need CoVDG at all for RiBBS.
