[Coco] COmpiling CMOC under Windows?

I'll just throw this out: I had a problem compiling CMOC under Cygwin some year (or more) ago ... I think I even asked about it here on this list ... 

Out of desperation I deleted Cygwin and re-installed it (along w/ the packages needed for CMOC) and *bam* it worked.  YMMV ...
