[Coco] Mame question

Phil,

MAME uses RGBDOS rather than HDBDOS but you don't need a separate directory for the ROM. You still 
want  MAME/roms/coco3  as the directory but will replace disk11.rom with rgbdos.rom.

Now it is not quite that simple as MAME has a list of CRC's of cartridges it accepts. With the 
latest versions of MAME, you will keep disk11.rom in the ROM directory but add rgbdos.rom. From the 
coco3 menu accessed with Scroll Lock and Tab, via File Manager.
You can also set things up with a mame.bat file.

Once more, it is much much easier if you have a Windows system to use MAMEUI or MESSUI
