[Coco] Copying zip file from the sdc card

It has been a while, I'm only just getting an OS9 CoCo back online so 
things like dsave are still a problem;-).  I can confirm Randy Wilson's 
OS9 driver was SACIA compatible, you can fit 4 Fast232 in the 16 byte IO 
area a non-disto/kenton, etc OS9 system had. The problem we had was the 
16 byte data buffer - the output is bursty as heck.

Allen probably has the right idea, instead of writing a DECB driver that 
nothing understands, stand an Arduino in the middle and let it do the 
handshakes and buffering. DECB just sees a really fast but otherwise 
normal serial port.
