[Coco] Ribbs Hardware requirements.

RiBBS was actually one of our testers for the 6309 optimized RUNB from NitrOS9 (one of the NitrOS9 authors, Bill Nobel, ran a RiBBS board) And Bill is back into NitrOS9 again, so hopefully he can help, as he knows more about it than I do. :-)
