[Coco] oVCC current status

OVCC is currently sitting at version 1.20.

Pre-built executables are available for Ubuntu Intel, Ubuntu ARM, OSX,
Windows 10

There is also an older version for Raspberry PI 3B available from there.

The Linux/OSX versions support hardware accelerated memory management
for the CoCo MMU. Significantly increasing performance.
