[Coco] CoCo Rom Cart List

I recall owning a really obscure Rompack from The Micro Works (not
microworks) called Microcom.   It was my first communications program.  It
came out very early in the CoCo's lifetime and was advertised in Rainbow.
Very small program, with source code included.  Used the cartridge FIRQ, if
I recall, which might be unique among CoCo communications software.
