[Coco] Modern display options for CoCo2?

There is no stock RCA/Composite out on most of the US CoCo's save for an
educational model.
The RF out is an RCA connector that combines audio and video.
You can get a Coax-F connector to RCA adapter that would screw on the the
coaxial/cable TV input if your TV and use the standard RCA/RF cable from
the RF out of your CoCo to the TV tuner in of your TV, even modern ones.
Switch the CoCo selector to channel 3 or 4 and then change to or tune-in
that channel on your TV.
