[Coco] CoCo Discrimination

Here in the UK, I really only ever heard trash-80 being used for the z80 
based Tandy machines. The CoCo tended to be referred to as the "Tandy 
colour" and then the "Tandy MC-10". I heard Commie 64 for the C64 fairly
regularly.

But then again we had our own terms of "abuse" for rival machines e.g. 
"pokey" for the c64, because you had to resort to streams of pokes to do 
anything. "Rubberface" for the ZX spectrum because the first models had 
a rubber mat keyboard etc.
