[Coco] MML converter targets Game Master Cartridge

This is an early demo of an MML music converter that can target the
SN74689 chip on the Game Master Cartridge (GMC). This should broaden
the range of folks that can compose (or transpose) music for games
or other software that might use the device.

It's still early days for this tool, so I'm not ready for a release
yet. With that said, _IFF_ you have a game underway that targets the
Game Master Cartridge hardware and you are interested in using MML
(i.e. the syntax from the Extended Color BASIC "PLAY" command) for
describing one or more songs, then let me know -- _maybe_ I can slide
you an early version of the tool...
