[Coco] Nitros9 HiRes Mouse Driver

I was in Multiview and it took me a while to find the setting to select hires mouse in the control panel.

HiRes routines are included within joydrv_joy.sb so you should not need to do anything special to 
get high resolution on 640x192 screens.
