[Coco] macOS Version of Ovcc Update

I have been building a macOS version of Ovcc.  It’s an app which you can drag into your Applications folder.  
I just updated it to code from 2019-01-09, and includes a crash fix for becker module.

The Ovcc.app comes pre-packaged with NitrOS-9 EOU Beta 3 6809 Edition built in.  Start it up and type “DOS” to get the EOU experience!
