[Coco] Drivewire 4 not accepting rxtx library is installed.

If you can’t get the Java DriveWire4 server working you can try pyDriveWire. You should be able to run it on Linux, mac, or Winders.  The instructions have been vetted by multiple people, but do let me know if you have any issues.
