[Coco] Mame on debian wheezy

Mame -v gives me build 0.146 nov 13 2012

Also gives me messages about drivers not being loaded, if that's meaningful.

Mess -v gives me identical results.

It looks like the great merge happened in 2015, so it appears to be before
the merge. Now what? I think this is the latest version from wheezy
repositories. But wheezy was active until 2016.
