[Coco] Using Rick Adam's DELPHIterm 3.1 to connect a Coco3 to a TRS80 PT210

The PT210 does have a built in thermal 80 column printer but I don't think it was designed to operate as a standalone printer. But it does work as a stand alone typewriter when used in 'off line' mode

That blog entry is specific to the MC-10, but the concept transfers
to the CoCo as well.
