[Coco] OS-9 Level 1 - 51 Column Display (Frank Hogg's O-PAK (C) 1983) Manual?

Somebody posted that they had installed a 51 column text mode on OS-9 
Level-1.

Does anybody have the O-PAK manual and can scan it to add it to the archive?

P.S. My original copy of the O-PAK Disk is online along with my OS-9 L-I 
boot disk with it setup to boot into 51 columns.
