[Coco] OVCC update. Need 5 1/4 inch FDD for testing.

   I think this only ever worked for a small subset of PD's whose BIOS 
was
   just right, and now even PC's with floppy support are rare. USB 
floppys
   have never worked so I think you should just drop the feature (IMHO).
