[Coco] Developing DECB under OS9

 It was a commercial product at one time but I gained permission from the author recently to release it to the public domain.  It is an excellent product that I have used for maybe 30 years now. I’d be glad to send you a copy of the OS9 version if you want (program size is < 24k).
