[Coco] 64/80 column version of Dynacalc?

Hi,

Does anyone out there know how to patch Dynacalc so it could work at either
64 or 80 columns (for the CocoVGA and DragonPlus respectively). Reading
around, I get the impression that I patch the dynacalc.trm file somewhere -
but I tried replacing all 51s with 64s, and that doesn't work. Perhaps it's
more subtle - on Stylo, for example, I have to replace 49 with 62, as the
actual usable width is 49 characters.
