[Coco] Print Text using Fgx2

You don't print text with gfx2. You use the print statement and the print
using statement to print text to the screen and to files if you specify a
file path to an open file. This, of course, is using basic09 as gfx and
gfx2 are subroutines designed for use with basic09 programs.
