[Coco] Coco3 GIF viewer demonstrated

That's awesome!  I considered at one point writing a jpeg viewer on the
CoCo 3... then I started learning the format for jpeg and decided against
it. LOL!  :)  And BTW, I'm resisting commenting on the pronunciation of
GIF.  I have my way, and other people have theirs.  I'll leave it at that.
