improvement suggestions:

If you hold the auction in the same room as vendors, please do not stop vendors from doing work for their customers during the auction.  Not fair to vendor, or customers. Consider auction in another room, or vendors in another room. (No, this did not affect me, not a personal beef)
All vendors in the same room, please. Yes, that may mean moving locations. A good problem to have, right?  I’m not sure I would bother having a table again if it was in the Auction room, away from the “action”.
update the vendor application to say the booth space is actually only 5 ft wide
consider whether publicly praising a particular vendor is appropriate when there are competing vendors in attendance.
