[Coco] How to play MIDI files

I think Drive Wire can also be loaded from Disk or Tape and a Nitro Boot
with Drive Wire drivers should also work for tape systems. I am spoiled
all my systems have dw in ROM, the last time I loaded from disk was 
Drive Wire 3.
