DW3 runs on android. U just need to interface the phone/tablet to the dw cable that is connected to the real coco hardware

Real coco hardware not emulation. The only emulation is the 'win 98' on the Android. But it's not technically be emulated.   It's actually running win 98 in a 'shell' under Android

Oh I was thinking about using it with interfacing a phone or tablet with
real CoCo hardware, not the emulator - though there probably are ways to
get it to work with the emulator too, I'll have to think about that a bit.
