[Coco] CoCo2 vs CoCo3 changes

I did pull and reseat the GIME.  None of the caps looked visibly bad to me
but I'm hoping that might be the issue.  It's only the stock 128K.  The
warranty seal had never been broken until I popped the top off last night.
