[Coco] Cocofest accommodations

Last year was my first time to CoCoFest. I stayed at convention hotel. As
I've never met anyone in person, I did lunch etc alone. (Except for a kind
invite fron Boisey.) The convention hotel is on a pretty wide highway road.
Not the easiest place to walk around to get food, etc. If you have a car
and stay at another place, no issues. Otherwise, weigh the cost of off site
with running across a busy highway. It's like the game Frogger. But you
only get one life.
