Thanks for the article.  Interesting that I have not implemented this in 
CocoMEM, and the copy from ROM to RAM and such continues to work fine, 
which implies to me that the copy must happen without the aid of the MMU.

With this in mind, the ROM "dumpers" should utilize this feature to 
ensure they grab all of the ROM contents, so as to have an actual 
replica of the ROM.
