The only thing I found on OSH Park was Ed's CoCo2 prototype board. Do you have a link to his CoCo1.

The reason I'm asking is someone wants a CoCo1 composite board until Ed and Brandon release a CoCO1 version of their VGA board.

Such a timely question as I have two CoCo 1s with bad modulators. I'm going to remove the RF modulators and install a basic circuit that is in the Motorola MC6847 datasheet.

I have built 3 of Ed's older boards, which you can download from OSH Park.
His work is extremely good. Again, it's an older version. So my recommendation in order:

1) CoCoVGA
2) Ed's new board
3) Ed's older board (OSH Park)
4) MC6847 circuit (Pretty simple enough to build)
