I have decided to re-write my budget program and here is some of the things
it support.

Features:

* Os9Budget.cfg file reads of the current pwd path.
* Includes the following files:

    Os9Budget.cfg   - Points to the data files.
    Cat             - Stores all the categories.
    Payees          - Stores all the Payees.
    Codes           - Stores all the main transaction codes.
    Payments        - Stores all the payments.
    Paycom          - Stores all the additional payment comments.
    Budget          - Stores all the budget files.

* Six menus have been added to Os9Budget:

   Main Menu  - Main Menu
   Payments   - Add, view, delete and search payment records.
   Payees     - Add, view, delete and search payee records.
   Categories - Add, view, delete and search payee categories.
   Codes      - Add, view, delete and search codes.
   Config     - Set the data path & create the new data files.
* Prevent dupicated records from being added unless the current record
  is marked as inactive.

* Supports unlimited Cat, Payees, Codes, Payments, Paycom and Budget items.
* All the data is stored as records.
* Allows you to search all the records.
* The following codes are supported:

    DP = Deposit            WD = Widthdraw          CK = Check
    SC = Service Charge     IN = Interest           EP = Electronic Deposit
    ED = Electronic Debit

* Records of the payees account numbers, phone number & mailing address.
* Allows the users to define if each payee is a monthly bill or debt.
* Payee records if added a debt will keep your start and remaining balance.
* Payees are marked as debt the program will tell you when the account is
  paid in full.

* View monthly payments.
* Add payees in category for example electric, food ect..
* Error detection and correction.
* Allows the user to create the new data files from the config menu.
* Protects the current records from being deleted by accidently.
* Allows the users to add additional comments to each payment.
* Included a extra field in payments to add the check numbers.
* The data files can be placed any where on the harddrive.

* The last record number added is saved in Ln so this will help speed up
  the process when adding new recorecds.

* Allows you to add, search, edit, mark them active/inactive or delete the
  records.

Features that may be added in the future:

* Gfx support.
* Pack and remove the old records that is no longer assigned or being used.
