[Coco] Coco joystick / keyboard to USB

David Ladd has his PS/2 to Joystick port adapter for PS/2 mice. I am going to send him one of these USB mini boards I ordered from England for him to try to figure out.

I expect at the fest I will be demonstrating a few USB things hooked to the CoCo, though they will be simulated through a serial connection.

Currently, I am thinking USB mouse, USB joystick and maybe a USB MIDI keyboard. A normal USB keyboard would be possible too but I am not sure I’ll be hacking in to the keyboard connector cable just yet. I have to figure out how to talk to that matrix thing that makes up the keyboard.
