[Coco] NitrOS9 Copy Utility

Is there a 'copy like' utility that will only copy files with a newer 
(or later) revision.

I'm building my own ease-of-use image (starting with a basic image from 
the repo) and want to copy/replace files on that basic image, only with 
newer files. Thus (for example) the basic image has a 'xxx' utility with 
Edition $06, Revision $81, and i would only want to 'copy over' an 
identical file with a newer/more recent Edition/Revision.
