[Coco] Speech /sound cart problems

When does it do this? As soon as you turn on the CoCo or when a certain program is run? If a certain program, which one? Are you using it on a CoCo 1/2 or a CoCo 3? What is displayed on the screen? Is the computer working ok? Are you using a multi-pak? Please include any other details that might provide further information as well.
