[Coco] Vote for award winners at the 27th annual "Last" Chicago CoCoFEST!

Alright, the Glenside Color Computer Club wants to give-out some
trophies at CoCoFEST! again this year. Unlike previous years where
award winners were chosen...*subjectively*...this year we wanted to
introduce some elements of democratic process and let the community
help to choose the categories and winners.

We polled the categories on Facebook, and asked for nominations
as well. The categories are now set, and the nominations are now
in...it's time to vote! Let your voice be heard!

intend to close the survey no later than the end of February 2018.
