[Coco] Coco3 triple monitor setup

Like the CoCo3 modular video cable adapter at Cloud-9, 20 years ago...... :)
Didn't like to flip over the CoCo to change monitors. Plug-N-Play CoCo style!

 Another advantage of the cable is that you can leave it plugged into the bottom of the coco and use the plug end to unhook the monitor when needed. This saves  you from flipping the coco over and unhooking the MPI when you need to remove the monitor
