[Coco] CNR Engineering SP-3 (serial to parallel interface) - Manual?

Hello all,

Does anyone know if a manual exists for CNR Engineering's SP-3 serial to 
parallel interface?

I recently got the high-bid on one on Ebay, and I wasn't able to find 
anything online, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist; maybe one of 
you out there has one with the manual?

I'm just wanting to know how to use it, etc - from BASIC, ML, in general.

Otherwise, I'll have to do a reverse engineering on it, I guess...
