[Coco] Digger 3 demo doesn't work on 2mb coco3

No go with the 2mb coco3 

I tried to LOADM "D3" while mounted in DRIVE 0-3 of DW. 
I tried mounting the disk with the SDC
I tried using a physical floppy in both drives (0/1) of my fd502 

When I used my 512 k coco3 both SDC and fd502 worked but drivewire wouldn't work with either

Carl D reported that it did work with his 2mb if he put it into 512k mode with the jumper

Just for clarity sake...

Will it not run on the 2MB CoCo 3 under any drive configuration?

Some software just flat out will NOT run under DW (or COCONET) if the
author created their own DSKCON routines and didn't use the disk basic
routines. You'll find some (or all?) of the Sundog games are like that, as
well as some of Bjork's games, IIRC.

The SDC will run anything I've ever thrown at is since it's a hardware
emulator.
