[Coco] Memory expansion

Hi Bill,

Like others have mentioned, Tormod's MOOH board is such a device.

There's some great developer information there as well.

It does work with an MPI.  I have one and use it with NitrOS9 Level II and
Fuzix - all on a Coco 2.
