That is a LoRa radio - LOng RAnge.  LoRa achieves this range at the expense
of bandwidth.  It is meant for applications where you only
need to send a few messages an hour.  You also need a LoRa gateway to
receive the transmissions - and they generally are more expensive than
these type of radio modules.

I've been testing LoRa devices for two years, and unless you want to
network at tape recorder speeds - then I wouldn't recommend it for CoCo use.
