[Coco] Does anyone want a CoCoWeb?

The Magic here is, of course, that the hard part has already been done. Now we just need some software support, which could be done in BASIC.

When I get recovered from my "convention crud" cold, I have to update the CoCoWiFi firmware to the latest, and then finish up on SirSound. Once the hardware boards for each are available, I’ll start working on some internet utilities.

I am hoping that, by next year's CoCoFEST (if there is one), we can finally eliminate "Sneaker Net" as a CoCo supported protocol.
