Post-Event-Blues are not isolated to CoCoFEST!
It happens with music festivals also.

Periods of high-adrenaline (or excitement) as naturally followed by the
blues.

Preachers (that get worked up on Sunday) are often depressed on Monday.

The trick is not to allow yourself to get too worked up in the first place.
And perhaps allow yourself plenty of rest the day after.
