[Coco] Color Computer 2 and MPI

I have a coco3 ready grey mpI connected to my 64k coco running the xpad, floppy drive and hard drive.   No conflicts at all.   The added bonus of your mpi is that u can use it on your coco3 anytime without fear of damaging the coco3

My understanding is that there are some conflicts with the upgraded MPI
and the CoCo 1 & 2.  There was a hack for piggybacking the GAL/PAL chips
for interchangeable use with the older MPI.
